As a provider of health care services in a small community, our goal is to provider the residence of LeFlore County and surrounding areas with high quality, professional services in a welcoming, hometown environment. I have practiced primary care in the local area for 6 years in different establishments but have finally been able to see my dreams for myself and my patients come true by opening my own practice with the help of several wonderful providers who have assisted me along the way. To that end we are offering preventive and primary care services including chronic disease management for anyone in the area. We will be offering a very affordable cash pay discount option for those who are without insurance.
