Since 2001, Melissa Trout has been a top professional with particular expertise in investing, financing, positive cash-flow analysis and sales of real property. She particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, military, relocation and investment property clients. Her goal is to ensure her client that their investment will improve their quality of life and their future as she considers each and every client partners-for-life. At Sacramento State University, Melissa majored in Business, Accounting and Interior Design. A San Diegan since 1996, she likes spending time at our wonderful Zoo and Museums as well as enjoying hiking with her husband, Chris and son Christopher. She holds a position as VP of Membership on the PTA at Fuerte Elementary and has chaired several fundraisers raising over $130,000 for her son's school. Her limited free time is spent gardening, staging and re-decorating, utilizing her interior design talents.
