Established in 2005, Fritz Physical Therapy proudly serves the communities of South Fayette, Chartiers Valley, Carnegie, Mt. Lebanon and USC. Our physical therapists ensure that our patients receive the individualized attention they require and that the physical therapy experience is positive and productive.
