I stopped by without an appointment to browse their used inventory and was promptly given a tour of the available cars that matched my needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and we ultimately decided to make a purchase. My salesperson, Jarred, was highly professional and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
There was a minor miscommunication between the sales and finance teams, which caused a brief delay in finalizing my financing. However, a quick call to the general manager resolved the issue efficiently, allowing me to pick up my car on the originally scheduled day. The customer service was excellent throughout the process! Now, two weeks later, I’m still very happy with my purchase.
