Emma attributes the circle of midwives who have supported her as the biggest influence in her chosen career path. As Emma has seen the positive impact midwives can have all over the world, it inspired her to join such an incredible profession. “Midwifery is such a unique career path because it is based on trusting the human body and what it is capable of while creating space for science and medicine when needed. I love getting to work with patients across their lifespan and through some of the most life altering and vulnerable times in their life. Each day brings new patients, new stories, and new challenges. I enjoy working with people to help improve their lives in ways that matter to them” says Emma.
