Kickboxing has always been something I've wanted to try but there were no locations close to me. When I noticed this place had opened up across the street from me, I knew I had to check it out. I found on their website a Class Package deal to try it out and made my Orientation appointment. The coaches were so friendly with big smiles and lots of energy. They made me feel so welcome. As soon as the first class was done, I told Coach Stevie that I wanted to sign up for membership. November 17, 2018 changed my life in the most amazing way.
I've had memberships to other places in the past but was never motivated to go and would just waste my money. Here, the coaches keep you accountable and make class so much fun. They notice if you've haven't been to class in a while and will actually contact you to see if you are ok. They inspire you, motivate you and push you to be the best version of yourself. I feel amazing. I have grown so much mentally, physically and in my confidence. I love my new fitfam and wouldn't trade it for anything. This has become a second home for me.

Every class I’m in, I try so hard to perfect my technique and speed but to be honest, the coaches make it so much easier because they literally help you EVERY SINGLE step of the way. With any questions. They are there pushing you through the whole 1 hour class. Any time I look like I’m struggling, they come up to me and help out, or I just ask and they are more than willing. And let me tell you, was I STRUGGLING when I first started, for weeks!!!\n\nThe coaches motivate us with encouraging words (which I need lol) and blast motivating music throughout the class to help keep our adrenaline up. They are constantly motivating us to push PAST our limits and let me tell you, I never thought that was possible, to go past my limit! But it is!!!\nThey thoroughly demonstrate us each round multiple times before we start the round so we can confidently go into it on our own when the music starts.

The staff & coaches put in so much hard work and are so passionate about what they do and IT SHOWS!!!

I love my first session with iLoveKickBoxing! While Stevie the trainer is leading the whole group, another trainer Jordan is with us first timers to guide us and teach us the correct form and footwork so we do not hurt ourselves.
I like that... I didn't feel embarrassed and on my own. Jordan let me learn on my own pace and have is a chance to practice until I'm comfortable doing the routine on my own. Thank you for a great first time in kickboxing experience.

The staff are personable, knowledgeable, professional and great personalities. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself. You will find a community of people who enjoy what they do, pushing and motivating one another. The investment I have made in myself has already paid itself off in more ways than one.

I love the workout that I get. I have been just doing spin the past 2 years and that is extremely intense. I was amazed at the workout i receive in this workout. I am only a couple of weeks in and cant wait to see the results. Love the trainers, owner and facility it is very inviting, non intimidating atmosphere

I was really hesitant to try a kickboxing class, but I figured I?d go once just to try it. And I had a TON of fun! The instructors here genuinely care about you and are NOT judgmental at all, they?re always excited to see you whenever you come to class. I was worried it would be too much like Zumba (repetitive, too much yelling, being in front of a mirror?) but this is NOT at all like that. It?s fast, fun, different every time, and it?s building a skill & strength. It is not just the same old cardio every class! You?re always improving & learning new stuff. And, there?s tons of class times (so I can squeeze it in after work in the evenings).

I was hesitant to sign up at first due to the membership costs, but after committing for 3 months now, I am so glad I made that commitment to ILKB and my fitness journey into 2019! The class sessions are always different, and focus on different skill level and pace! I love the coaches who are always energetic and motivating! The early AM workout crew is amazing and I love it!

I love coming here! Its such a positive environment and I always have so much fun coming to class. I really feel encouraged to achieve my fitness goals and the amazing instructors make it all possible! I can't wait to continue coming here!

I have been attending class at iLoveKickboxing Laguna Niguel for the past 2 months. When I first attended class the first thing I noticed is the studio does not smell like a gym. One things that keeps me away from gyms is the gym smell! I also love having a new workout each time I come it! Last but not least the staff is encouraging and they've pushed me to my limits!

First and fore-most ILKB meets you where you are at. It does not matter your level of fitness. The classes start and end on time. Warm-up, kick-boxing rounds, partner drills, cool down and health facts. Classes are highly motivational, encouraging and ALWAYS positive. Great experience.

I love coming here every week for my workouts. ILKB classes are great for all levels, including beginners who have never kickboxed before. The classes are a combination of HIIT, kickboxing combos, and partner drills to get those calories burning! The staff provide amazing support and accountability to get you to reach your fitness goals inside and outside of class whether it's pushing you to complete more combos or sending motivational reminders to "get your a-- to class"! The raffle prizes and rewards for coming to class consistently are awesome too! If you follow ILKB Laguna Niguel on FB, you can usually find a sweet deal for 3 classes and free boxing gloves. Did I mention they take workout song requests?
