DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! If it was possible to give less than a star, I certainly would! Work is often late. Digitizations are of poor quality and no thought is put into how the pattern will stitch out, we often have to re-order patterns from another company. Above all, Rishi Shah offers terrible service. Communications received from Powerstitch Design Studio have been rude, abrupt and inappropriate. We recently placed an order that was over a week late. The digitiser had shut for business as the owner was apparently away on holiday. There were no messages on the website to let customers know this and we were only notified when we emailed to find out where our order was. The emails that we received back were intolerably bad mannered. Work is often late. Digitizations are of poor quality and no thought is put into how the pattern will stitch out, we often have to re-order patterns from another company. Above all, Rishi Shah offers terrible service. Communications received from Powerstitch Design Studio have been rude, abrupt and inappropriate. We recently placed an order that was over a week late.
