Lost a total of 50 pounds and this was not only one of the easiest programs to follow, but John Caputo gives you so much support and feedback that it's hard to not lose. I recommend this program to anyone who feels like they have tried everything and failed, because this place made me feel, not only like I could do it, but also I felt like a winner all the time!
