Weynand Training International has distinguished itself in the marketplace for custom training in all areas of production and post production. The company was founded by Diana Weynand, an award winning producer/editor, and Shirley Craig, a producer and business executive. Diana and Shirley met while working together on the Barbara Walters’ series of entertainment specials, Diana as a supervising editor and Shirley as associate producer.

Weynand Training International (WTI) has been providing state-of-the-art training for broadcast facilities, film studios, television production companies, corporations, government agencies and professionals seeking career advancement. WTI is recognized as being on the cutting edge of computer technology and over the years has developed course curricula for many video equipment manufacturers, including Sony, Quantel, and Avid.

Most recently, Diana developed and wrote the Final Cut Pro course curriculum for the Apple world wide training centers. She has authored five books for the Apple Pro Training Series as well as the primer for broadcast video, “How Video Works.” She also co-authored “Secrets of VideoBlogging” with Shirley Craig. In addition to their prestigious history as educators, the Weynand team also provides companies with a unique blending of creative and technical consulting services.

For five years WTI has also been an Apple Authorized Training Center offering classes on Apple's Pro Apps around the country.  This past year Apple award Weynand 'Gold Level' status as an Authorized Training Center.

Weynand also specializes in Hi-Definition training and have developed a Hi-Definition workshop for Disney and ABC Television.  This workshop helps professional transition to working in Hi-Definition in a broadcast environment.
